滚轮使用条件与选择

固定滚轮In-Feed (IF)
此型滚轮适用于滚制螺纹，长度比机械可装置之滚轮长度还短的工件
The length of thread on the parts short then the Max. width of the rolling dies.

退开滚通滚轮Retreat-Feed (RF)
此型滚轮适用于滚制螺纹长度，比机械可装置滚轮长度还长，但又没有整支滚置之工件
For rolling steps / collar shaft screws

不退开滚通滚轮Thru-Feed (TF)
此型滚轮适用于滚制整支工件都需求螺纹，不论工件外径之大小或长短都适用
For rolling long screws, parts without heads

差速通滚通滚轮Thrust-Rolling (TR)
此型滚轮适用于滚制，工件螺纹精度要求极高，螺帽配合度不能有松紧现象之状况，可选用此型滚轮。
For rolling precise threads / gears and multiple thread (long lead) screws.
